Everyone needs a little bit of help from time to time, even experienced dog owners. Here are a few tips to consider when training and caring for our dogs.

DO'S

Prepare a safe space
Dog proof your home
Give them an adjustment period
Watch their body language
Use only positive reinforcement

DONT'S

Feed them food that is harmful
Leave them unattended outdoors
Give then rawhide or antlers
Block escape routes
Punish them if they've had an accident inside
Use negative reinforcement when training
